About the Symposium

Each year, The George Washington University International Law Review‘s annual Symposium draws nearly 200 students, faculty, practitioners, and alumni to hear distinguished speakers from government, academia, business, and civil society address novel issues in international law. The Symposium is also an opportunity for scholars to publish cutting-edge work related to the Symposium theme, which is published in a special Symposium edition of the International Law Review.
